From Naples to New York — Three Generations of Pizza Passion
In 1986, Giovanni Napoli brought his grandfather's sourdough starter from Naples to Brooklyn. What started as a tiny corner pizzeria has grown into a neighborhood institution — but our commitment to authentic, wood-fired pizza has never wavered.
Every morning at 4 AM, we fire up our hand-built brick oven. Our dough ferments for 48 hours. Our mozzarella is pulled fresh daily. We believe great pizza doesn't need shortcuts — just quality ingredients, time, and love.
